Rules for using Clinical Vendor Compare.
These terms set the ground rules for using the platform, including vendor profiles, review submission, compare tools, sponsor support routes, and vendor-side access routes.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
Access to and use of Clinical Vendor Compare is subject to these Terms of Use. By using the platform, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or related services.
CVC may update the platform, routes, pages, and operating workflows over time. Platform content, directory coverage, score states, and review layers may change as moderation, evidence, and operational policies evolve.
2. Platform Use and Accounts
You must use the platform lawfully, in good faith, and without impersonation, interference, misuse, or deliberate submission of false or misleading information. If you create an account, you are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for activity that takes place through that account.
CVC may suspend, restrict, or remove access where we detect misuse, fraud, conflict, security risk, or other platform-integrity concerns.
3. Review Submission Terms
Reviews must reflect genuine experience and honest opinion based on real working knowledge. You must not submit conflicted content as though it were independent, and you must not include patient information, confidential study material, or personal data you are not entitled to disclose.
All reviews may be moderated, withheld, approved, rejected, restricted, or removed where legal, trust, safety, confidentiality, or policy issues arise. Reviewer visibility choices may affect public display, but CVC may still retain private identity or verification information internally for moderation, trust, and legal reasons.
4. Commercial Routes and Sponsored Visibility
Vendor-side paid access, sponsorship, profile claim rights, sponsor support services, and managed routes may exist on the platform. These commercial routes do not entitle any party to rewrite genuine review content, override moderation, or convert paid visibility into neutral evidence.
Sponsored placement, where offered, should be clearly labelled and treated separately from platform-reviewed scoring, public-source context, and neutral shortlist logic.
5. Intellectual Property and Content Rights
The platform design, copy, structure, and related materials belong to their respective owners. By submitting reviews, requests, or other content, you grant CVC permission to store, moderate, display, analyse, and use that content within the platform and related reporting, trust, and operational workflows.
6. Enforcement and Liability
CVC may remove content, suspend accounts, restrict features, or take other reasonable steps where legal, trust, security, abuse, or fairness concerns arise. Platform information is provided to support better vendor-selection decisions, but users remain responsible for their own procurement, review, and contracting decisions.
Where required, complaints, takedown requests, moderation actions, and governance decisions may be handled through separate platform policies and operational procedures.
