Review process

How review publication and scoring work

Submit your review with vendor name, study context, written observations, and 1 to 5 scores across the review criteria.
Reviews are checked before anything is published to the site.
Only approved platform reviews contribute to a vendor’s platform-reviewed score.
Public online-source signals are tracked separately and do not count as platform-reviewed feedback.
If a vendor has no approved platform reviews yet, their platform-reviewed score stays at TBS.
